Candlelight Yin Yoga: Embrace Winter Warmth & Relaxation

Join us for two special Friday evening classes designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and find inner peace during the shortest days & coldest months of the year. Let the gentle glow of candlelight enhance your yoga experience and bring warmth to your soul.

WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time, typically 3-5 minutes. This meditative approach allows your body to relax deeply into each pose, targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. Ideal for all levels, yin yoga helps improve flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being.

- Where:  Bare Body Beauty
