its the only thing that keeps my dermatitis at bay and I have tired may products. Especially now that im having to hand sanitise all the time due to covid outbreaks and so I use this to help with managing the dermatitis which worsens from the sanitiser. Such an amazing cream. I have used a whole container and about to buy more. The helpful lady at the store said keeping it in the fridge so it doesnt melt keeps it at its most effective and its nice to have to cool cream melt into my hot and sore hands.
