I keep this on my bedside table and give the base of my feet a little spritz every night. My husband and I both love it and noticed such a huge difference in how quickly we fall asleep and stay asleep all night. It took a couple of days to get enough magnesium into our bodies to notice (we must have been so incredibly low) but after a few nights of daily use it was like night and day difference. The sleeps are so gooodddd!!!! Definitely worth every dollar!

A noticeable difference!

I started using this spray a couple of years ago when I discovered it in Byron. I spray the magnesium on the soles of my feet before bed and notice a significant improvement in sleep and reduction in muscle pain when used regularly.
