Hemp Face Moisturiser

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or this store.
I was a regular customer for approximately four years, which makes my experience particularly disappointing.
The ingredients and liquid in the Hemp Face Moisturiser separated and leaked inside my suitcase during a local flight, rendering the product unusable and causing a mess among my belongings. I took the product back to the store to show exactly what had happened and requested a replacement or refund.

I was extremely disappointed by the response. During the discussion, I was asked whether I had added a contaminant to the product. I found this accusation upsetting and inappropriate, particularly as I had brought the product back in good faith to report a problem.

I was also told that the product carried a 12-month warranty. I was not made aware of any warranty when I purchased the product, and I had not seen any in-store signage or information.

What concerned me most was that, rather than feeling my complaint was being listened to and investigated, I left the store feeling as though I was being blamed for the product failure.
I have been a loyal customer for four years and expected a more professional and customer-focused response. In my view, a face moisturiser that separates and leaks during normal handling and transport is not of acceptable quality or fit for its intended purpose.

Unfortunately, both the product experience and the way my complaint was handled have completely undermined my confidence in the store. I will not be purchasing from this business again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

I love the feel of this moisturiser on my face. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and hydrated. I use it withe overnight serum and the castille and walnut shell cleanser. Hopefully it helps my wrinkles 😜

I took a gamble on this moisturiser and I’m so glad I did. After two weeks of use my skin feels smooth and hydrated. I have sensitive skin so was worried about potential irritation but this product has a wonderful skin feel that lasts all day.

Absolutely my new favourite moisturiser. Lightweight, very deeply moisturising and I find it doesn’t clog my pores. I love the scent of it, very earthy but light. Will repurchase again and again.

I have been using this moisturiser for a few years now. I love the texture and find it a great balance for my skin. Not too thick and definitely not greasy. I have mature skin and spend a bit of time outdoors and in the ocean. Works perfectly for me.

I love this product. I am into my 5th jar. I bought a jar each for my 4 children for Christmas. I also use the body moisturiser. I’m into my 5th jar of that as well. These creams absorb very easily and leave my skin feeling like it’s just had a refreshing drink.

I'm very happy with the consistent affect of this product. Most moisturisers work for a short time then leave my skin feeling rough on the surface. This is still leaving my skin smooth and soft after 4 weeks.
