A fun, empowering workshop for tweens and teens aged 10+ and the important women in their lives.
Join us in our Bowral upstairs space for a relaxed morning focused on natural skincare, body care, and learning how to look after your body in a simple, healthy way. We encourage mothers, daughters, aunties, nieces, and friends to come along together.
In a world full of harsh ingredients, heavy makeup, and unnecessary chemicals, this workshop is about cutting through the noise and showing young girls that self care can be simple, natural, and actually feel good for their skin and their body. We will talk about everyday skincare, building healthy habits, and understanding what their skin really needs as it changes and grows.
We will also introduce natural period care in an open and positive way, including our Oo Bamboo range of non bleached, natural period care items. This part of the workshop is about confidence, understanding their bodies, and feeling prepared rather than overwhelmed.
Throughout the morning, we will share practical tips, product knowledge, and easy ways to make more natural choices in everyday routines.
