Together, we will explore products from Bare Body Beauty co designed to support wellbeing during the colder months, along with simple daily rituals that help you slow down, reset, and feel your best.
We will also be talking about low tox and natural living, sharing practical ways to reduce everyday toxins and make more conscious choices within your home, skincare, body care, and daily routines. Whether you are just beginning your natural living journey or looking for extra guidance and information, this workshop is designed to feel approachable, informative, and easy to follow.
We will also be introducing SuperFeast medicinal mushrooms — a beautiful range focused on supporting health and wellbeing naturally. Medicinal mushrooms work alongside the immune system in a unique way and have been traditionally used to support balance, resilience, and overall wellness.
Throughout the afternoon, we will share simple information on how medicinal mushrooms can become part of your everyday routine, along with guidance on natural products and practices that support you through winter.
Guests will also enjoy using our new mushroom face mask while sipping on ceremonial cacao infused with eight medicinal mushrooms - creating a warm, cosy experience centred around slowing down and looking after yourself naturally.
