How will my order be sent?
We use a combo of Australia Post and Fastway, depending on where you live and the value of your order. Every parcel has tracking and packaged the same day stock is available. Sometimes there may be a short delay on some items if they are being freshly made, but we will always let you know if thats the case.


What are your postage costs?

NSW/ACT Orders over $75 FREE, Under $75 is $12

QLD/VIC/SA Orders over $100 FREE, Under $100 is $15

WA/NT/TAS Orders over $150 FREE, Under $150 is $20


How can I pay for my order?
Payment methods online include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express and we also offer Afterpay. In-store is the same as well as EFTPOS.


How do you wrap your orders? I dont like plastic.
Neither do we! BUT every order is packaged carefully to avoid leakage in plastic ONLY that has come to us first in the supply chain. We DO NOT purchase any new single use plastic or bubble wrap. We also collect and reuse various types of wrapping from other local businesses to reduce waste! Please note also that any wrapping that looks like plastic on our products such as the soaps, is actually fully biodegradable and breathable cellophane made from recycled plant materials that is fully compostable.
Orders are wrapped in brown paper or our signature brown cardboard box, which is of course, all fully recyclable.


Is your product packaging recyclable?
Yes! Not only can you recycle all our packaging, you can also bring your empty SCRUB TUBS and bottles for a refill at any of our stores at 10% off! Save money and waste! We often do special SCRUB TUB Refill days at a discount so follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up to date.


Why does my cream/butter/scrub looks different to last time?
The ingredients are natural products, based on oils that is solid at room temperature, softer at higher temperatures and has a melting point above 45-50ºC. The texture and consistency of some of our products will change with temperature. Butters and scrubs will become harder in cool climates and very soft in warmer climates. This will not affect the nourishing ability of them. All our products are also made in small batches by hand, and sometimes ingredients can vary in colour or texture seasonally.



Even products that contain all natural ingredients, can cause skin reactions in susceptible individuals, especially if the products contain essential oils.

If you have sensitive skin, please do a patch test before use.

If use causes a skin reaction, then discontinue use immediately, and see your doctor or pharmacist if no relief comes from rinsing the affected area in cool water or you are a concerned about any side effects you may have whilst using our products.

What if Im not happy with the products?

 We know you will LOVE our products!

Please contact us by email first if ordered online. If we can’t fix your problem and you wish to return a product for a replacement or store credit you are free to do so.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges however you must:

Contact us/return to store within: 3 days of delivery or purchase
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Have a copy of your receipt or invoice

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
Items that have been opened, or seals are broken

Conditions of return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will not receive an exchange, credit or refund, except as required under NSW Consumer Law, or at our discretion.
