Ingredients: Lemon Verbena, Lavender flowers, Rose Petals, Honeybush, Sage Leaves, Chaste Tree Berries & Raspberry Leaves.... lots of love.
To brew: Add 1 heaped teaspoon into 250ml 75-85° water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, as per personal preference. Strain and serve. Sweeten with honey if desired.
