Ingredients: Organic Hibiscus, Gotu Kola, Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Ginseng, Honeybush, Moringa & Papaya Leaf... lots of love.
To brew: Add 1 heaped teaspoon into 200ml 75-85° water and steep for 5 minutes, as per personal preference. Strain and serve. Sweeten with honey if desired.
