A beautiful handmade lavender wheat pack designed for everyday comfort and relaxation. Filled with Australian wheat and infused with soothing lavender oil, it can be used warm or cold to help ease muscle tension, period discomfort, and general aches.

Use warm for comfort and relaxation, or chilled for cooling relief in warmer weather or swelling. 

100% Australian made. Made with a soft cotton front and a durable cotton backing for lasting use.

Directions for Use

Heating and handling should only be done by an adult.

  • Place the wheat bag in the centre of your microwave oven (fold in half if needed)
  • Set your microwave time according to the guidelines below
  • Make sure that your turntable is working properly and that your wheat bag rotates freely to ensure even temperature distribution

PLEASE NOTE: Heat absorption is not immediate. Please allow the warm wheat bag time to evenly distribute the heat through.

ADULT MICROWAVE GUIDELINES
850-1000W microwave - 1 1/2 minutes
700w microwave - 2 minutes
FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
We suggest starting as low as 30 seconds then increasing the microwave time in 15v second increments until you reach your comfort and safety level (usually no longer the 1 minute total).
DO NOT USE CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN
Convection microwaves heat from the outside in unlike regular microwave ovens as it may burn the wheat.
COOLING INSRUCTIONS
Place the wheat bag in a plastic freezer bag and then place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours or more.
