Directions for Use

Add 1 cup of Bare detox powder + 1 cup apple cider vinegar to a warm bath. We recommend soaking for 40-60 minutes once a week for maximum benefit. Rinse in shower after detox if desired, DO NOT apply any soaps, lotions or oil to your skin for at least 6 hours after your detox bath. This bag contains enough product for 2 detox baths.
